Continuity of Operations Planning is the efforts taken before a disaster to ensure that organizations can continue to fulfill their mission and businesses can continue to serve their customers.
This session will include an overview of Continuity as a Planning Process and an opportunity to get started on your own plan.
Utilizing the Agency Emergency Plan, a hybrid document of emergency plans and continuity plans, it is possible to start planning today. Getting started is the hardest part and this template will help motivate your staff and leadership to increase preparedness.
We encourage multiple attendees from each organization.
